What we collect

• Your email address and a hashed password — we never store your password in readable form.
• Order, deposit and balance records needed to run your account.
• Payment references returned by the gateway. We never see or store your card or wallet PIN.
• IP address and browser details for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Your data is used to deliver orders, process payments, provide support and detect abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary: payment gateways receive the details required to take a payment, and upstream account suppliers receive the order request. Nothing else is disclosed except where required by law.

Retention

Order and transaction records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account, subject to those retention obligations.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sensitive account data is encrypted at rest, and administrative actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.

Your choices

You can change your password and rotate your API key at any time from your profile. For any privacy request, contact support.
